Susan Williams

 

 

   Susan Williams

Susan Williams earned her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Community Health Education from Brigham Young University. She gained several years of editing experience working for a small publishing company and as a medical transcriptionist. Susan became interested in Lyme disease after she and members of her family contracted the illness and encountered incredible difficulties getting proper diagnosis and treatment.

She currently serves as Vice President of the Texas Lyme Disease Association (http://www.txlda.org) and as Developmental Director of The National Lyme Disease Memorial Park Project (http://www.lymememorial.org), a living memorial for associated tick-borne fatalities.

Susan's interests include cooking, reading, geocaching, mineral collecting, volunteer work, home improvement projects, and spending time with her family. She lives in Kyle, Texas, with her husband and four children.
